Job summary

Kinetic plc is seeking two Mechanical Mobile Service Technicians to service and maintain client equipment across the UK. You will travel to sites, perform repairs, and report on equipment condition, with training provided by the company.

Typical weeks include travel and on-site work with core hours 8am-4:30pm; overtime and travel time paid at higher rates. Opportunities for overseas work (Ireland) and a competitive package are offered.

Qualifications

• Solid mechanical background, qualifications not essential but good problem solving mindset.
• Full Driving License.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, customer facing and with staff.
• Flexible working including weekends and unsociable hours, overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites to service and repair mechanical processing equipment.
• Provide detailed reports on equipment condition after site visits.
• Investigate machine problems in emergencies.
• Suggest productivity/improvement opportunities on site.
