Job summary

Motion Fluid Power Solutions is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to manage day-to-day on-site diagnostics, repairs and maintenance across Perth. You will report to the Service Manager, work with workshop teams and customers to ensure reliable operations, with market-aligned remuneration and annual salary reviews.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification or equivalent experience in mobile/heavy equipment servicing.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical diagnostic skills.
• Experience as a mobile technician in a field service role.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer-service skills.
• Willingness to travel across Perth metro and surrounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on heavy equipment.
• Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Collaborate with customers to understand issues and provide solutions.
• Maintain service reports and comply with safety protocols.
• Manage parts inventory and coordinate with workshops.
