Job summary

Mini Masterminds is seeking a Maintenance Officer / Professional Handyman to support multiple centres across Greater Sydney Metro. This full-time, mobile role includes a company van, tools, petrol and a work phone. You will respond to maintenance requests, perform repairs and carry out general upkeep while coordinating with Centre Directors.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance or handyman experience in facilities.
• Ability to travel across Greater Sydney Metro with a mobile role.
• Comfort around children, families and educators.
• Safety-conscious with attention to detail.
• Willing to obtain WWCC (Paid Working With Children Check).

Responsibilities

• Carry out general repairs and handyman tasks across centres.
• Complete preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Repair doors, locks, shelving, fixtures and furniture.
• Coordinate with subcontractors or suppliers as required.
• Respond to maintenance requests and prioritise urgent jobs.
• Maintain tools and the company vehicle in good order.
• Follow WHS policies and centre procedures.
