Job summary

Mini Masterminds is seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer / Professional Handyman to support our network of centres across Greater Sydney. This mobile, on‑site role includes a company van, tools, petrol and work phone, with an induction and ongoing guidance from a manager.

You will respond to maintenance requests, perform repairs, and carry out general upkeep, collaborating with Centre Directors to prioritise needs and complete scheduled works.

Qualifications

• Solid maintenance or handyman experience.
• Willing to travel to multiple centres across Greater Sydney.
• Able to work independently and manage workload with guidance from a manager.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general repairs, maintenance and handyman tasks across our centres.
• Complete preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Perform basic carpentry, painting, patching, plumbing and general building repairs.
• Repair and maintain doors, locks, gates, shelving, fixtures, fittings and furniture.
• Assemble and install equipment and fixtures as required.
