Job summary

Mini Masterminds is seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer / Professional Handyman to support its network of centres across Greater Sydney Metro. This full-time role involves responding to maintenance requests, performing repairs, and maintaining safety and presentation across indoor and outdoor spaces.

You will work independently after training, coordinate with Centre Directors, and travel between locations using a company van and provided tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in hands-on maintenance, handyman work or facilities maintenance.
• Willing to obtain WWCC (Working With Children Check).
• Current Australian driver's licence and ability to travel between centres.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general repairs, maintenance and handyman tasks across our centres.
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance and basic carpentry, painting, patching and plumbing.
• Repair doors, locks, shelving, fixtures and furniture; assemble/install equipment and fixtures.
