Job summary

ING is seeking a Product Designer in Sydney to shape mobile-first experiences across ING's digital channels. You will join the Digital Tribe within the Design Excellence team and collaborate with product, engineering and design specialists to deliver customer-focused solutions.

You'll design end-to-end experiences, advocate human-centered design, contribute to the global design system, and participate in agile ceremonies. A portfolio demonstrating UX, UI and service design is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in UX or Product Design with a strong portfolio.
• Proven capability in creating product, UX, UI and service design.
• Data-informed mindset with ability to translate insights into design decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Financial services experience is a bonus, not a must.

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end experiences across mobile and digital platforms from discovery to delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Brand and designers to deliver customer‑positive solutions.
• Create clear interaction designs, journeys, wireframes and prototypes aligned with the design system.
• Advocate for human‑centred design and accessibility best practices.
• Communicate insights and design rationale to stakeholders in agile ceremonies.
