Job summary

A leading mobile service company in Whyalla seeks a Mobile Service Technician to repair and service plant and machinery on-site. The role involves troubleshooting mechanical problems for various clients. Candidates should ideally have a trade qualification and must be flexible with working hours, including after-hours on-call duties. A fully maintained service vehicle will be provided, along with training and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Ideally a trade or equivalent experience in the mechanical field.
• Good numeracy, verbal, and written skills.
• Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and problem solve.
• Current Manual / LR or MR Driver's Licence.
• Flexibility with working hours as after hours availability is a pre-requisite.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and servicing plant and machinery in the field.
• Undertaking new installation work on a variety of plant equipment.
• Troubleshooting mechanical problems for different customers.
