Job summary

Mineco is seeking an experienced Crushing Supervisor for our Moolarben Coal project. You will supervise daily mobile crushing operations, lead a skilled crew, and coordinate workloads to hit production targets while maintaining site safety standards.

Ideal candidates have prior supervisory experience in mining or mobile crushing, strong safety knowledge, and local ties to Mudgee. This is a long-term, site-based role with a Monday–Friday roster.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising mining, quarrying or mobile crushing operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of mobile crushing and screening equipment.
• Proven ability to lead crews and coordinate daily site operations.
• Strong understanding of mining safety systems and production requirements.
• Local to Mudgee area preferred; based in Mudgee or surrounding area.

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day mobile crushing operations at Moolarben Coal
• Lead and support the crushing crew to ensure safe, efficient and productive operations
• Coordinate personnel, mobile crushing equipment and daily workloads to meet production targets
• Monitor crushing activities and ensure all work is completed in line with site safety and operational requirements

Mineco is a leading national civil and mining services company operating across the East Coast of Australia. We deliver comprehensive solutions to Tier 1 clients, including bulk dozer push, coal quality and recovery, mobile crushing, civil works, and rehabilitation services. Operating from our Head Office in Beresfield, a fully equipped Muswellbrook workshop, and a Queensland operations office, we support major sites across NSW and QLD.

We are currently looking to bring onboard an experienced Crushing Supervisor at our project in Moolarben. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of experienced operators on one of our long standing projects.

About the Role:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day mobile crushing operations at Moolarben Coal
• Lead and support the crushing crew to ensure safe, efficient and productive operations
• Coordinate personnel, mobile crushing equipment and daily workloads to meet production targets
• Monitor crushing activities and ensure all work is completed in line with site safety and operational requirements

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

• Previous supervisory experience within mining, quarrying or mobile crushing operations
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with mobile crushing and screening equipment
• Proven ability to lead crews and coordinate daily site operations
• Strong understanding of mining safety systems, procedures and production requirements
• Relevant RII’s and supervisor qualifications highly regarded
• Based locally in Mudgee or the surrounding area
