Job summary

Crane Lift Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Mobile Crane Technician in Melbourne to join our growing team. You will diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues, service and maintain mobile cranes on-site and at customer locations, and provide high-quality customer service.

The successful candidate will work both in a team and independently, with overtime available and training provided. Prior mobile crane experience is preferred but not essential; a valid HR/HC license and

Qualifications

• Must have flexible travel to customer sites.
• Excellent diagnostic and computer skills essential.
• HR/HC driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical, hydraulic and electrical diagnosis.
• Major and minor services on mobile cranes.
• Maintenance and component replacements on heavy vehicles and cranes.
• Maintain a professional profile with high quality customer service.

Job description

We are a well-established Crane company seeking an experienced Mobile Crane Technician to join our growing company.

The successful candidate will be working within a team and also the ability to work on their own.

Carrying out repairs, breakdowns and servicing of Heavy vehicles and Mobile Cranes. Eg Franna, Liebherr, Grove, Kobelco, Humma, M.A.N, Volvo and Isuzu.

Duties

• Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical diagnosis
• Major and minor services
• Maintenance and component replacements
• Maintain a professional profile, high quality, and Customer Service standards

Skills & experience

• Flexibility to travel to customer sites
• Excellent diagnostic and computer skills
• A current HR or HC driver’s license
• Able to communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and colleagues
• Willingness to work overtime/on call when required
• Previous experience working on Mobile Cranes is preferred however not essential
• Willingness to learn, with in house training
