Job summary

EML is a leading Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Claims Management business based in Adelaide. We support injured workers through their recovery and return-to-work journey, meeting workers and employers face-to-face at worksites and clinics, and coordinating support for the best outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive RTW plans while liaising with stakeholders to ensure Return to Work outcomes.
• Collaborate with claims specialists, liability specialists & other experts to manage a portfolio of claims.
• Conduct community-based visits to worksites or medical clinics to deliver face-to-face assistance.
• Provide clear information to educate employers about health benefits and returns-to-work impacts.

Every day is different and you’ll speak with workers, employers and healthcare providers, providing guidance, coordinating support and helping people get back on their feet.This is a role where you'll see the impact of your work firsthand. You'll spend time meeting with workers and employers face-to-face, visiting workplaces and medical clinics, while also working closely with your team to achieve the best outcomes for everyone involved.We'll provide you with comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed, along with plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and build a long-term career with EML.
