RACV is seeking an experienced Mobile App Technical Lead to provide technical leadership for our native iOS and Android applications. You will shape architecture, set engineering standards and guide teams to deliver secure, scalable mobile solutions aligned with RACV’s technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading mobile engineering teams.
• Proven track record delivering native iOS and Android apps.
• Strong knowledge of MVVM, Clean Architecture and modular design.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL and backend integration.
• Azure DevOps, CI/CD and testing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, deployment and support of native iOS and Android applications.
• Define architecture patterns, coding standards and security controls.
• Mentor engineers and lift overall engineering capability across teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers and Architects to translate requirements into robust mobile solutions.
• Drive CI/CD, automation and mobile deployment practices.
