Job summary

RACV is seeking an experienced Mobile App Technical Lead to provide technical leadership for our native iOS and Android platforms. You will shape architecture, drive development, deployment and ongoing evolution of RACV's mobile applications while mentoring teams and aligning with the broader technology strategy.

• Experience leading mobile engineering teams and setting coding standards.
• Proven ability to architect and deliver large-scale native apps for iOS and Android.
• Strong knowledge of modern mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Experience integrating mobile apps with RESTful APIs, GraphQL and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, deployment and support of native iOS and Android apps.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit.
• Define mobile architecture patterns, engineering standards and security controls.
• Drive CI/CD, release automation and mobile deployment practices.
