Liverpool Catholic Club in Sydney is launching an exciting new Asian fusion restaurant and is seeking passionate Mixologists for part-time and casual positions. You will craft cocktails, deliver high-energy guest experiences, and contribute to a vibrant bar environment from day one.

We are looking for someone with cocktail expertise, excellent hospitality skills, and RSA certification. Availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays is essential to thrive in this fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and other beverages to a high standard
• Deliver friendly, professional, and engaging customer service
• Follow recipes and maintain consistency in presentation and quality
• Recommend drinks and provide knowledgeable menu suggestions
• Assist with cocktail preparation, bar setup, and stock replenishment
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented bar area
• Work closely with front and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Uphold responsible service practices and workplace standards

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

RSA certification is essential. Previous cocktail or bartending experience is highly regarded.

The Liverpool Catholic Club (also known as LCC Sports Complex Liverpool) is an iconic sports and public skate center, built in 1979 and located at the Hoxton Park precinct of Sydney. Facility includes an Olympic sized ice rink with capacity of 500 spectators, Café, Restaurants and onsite carpark.
