Job summary

Trinzic seeks a seasoned Business Operations Manager to lead administrative and operational facets of government services projects in Alice Springs. You will manage cross-functional teams, drive efficiency, and ensure contractual obligations are met, with a focus on cost control and risk management.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of leadership in complex programs, a strong background in finance or accounting, and the ability to coordinate with clients and contractors across sites.

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting from an accredited university.
• Demonstrated experience in managing government services programs.
• Strong analytical and budgeting capabilities.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to maintain schedules, costs, and performance across sites.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless 24x7 operation of mission-critical environments and facilities.
• Define organizational structure, departmental responsibilities, and cross-team collaboration.
• Coordinate operational processes and reporting across multiple sites.
• Support the Program Manager in reviewing systems, resources and procedures for efficiency.
• Maintain client relationships through proactive communication and feedback collection.
• Lead a skilled workforce to execute the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Interface with CO, COTR, and GPOC to deliver contract requirements.
• Plan and supervise renovations and capital improvement work across sites.
• Establish and implement programs for mission-critical performance and efficiency.
• Act as central point of contact for facilities-related work and events.
• Monitor and summarize events and actions for site management forums.
