Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience supporting IC/DoD or commercial sectors within last 12 years.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between project stakeholders and U.S. Government representatives at multiple levels.
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of facilities and infrastructure projects from concept through closeout.
• Coordinate with executing agents and contractors to ensure on-schedule, within-budget, and quality-delivered requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and configuration control throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop, review, and deliver SOWs, cost estimates, schedules, status reports, and daily activity reports.
• Track and maintain project data within the customer’s system of record.
