CACI in Australia is seeking a Mission IT Operator to support a 24x7 government mission, providing first-line IT incident response and hands-on administration of Windows and Linux systems across a global environment.

The role requires TS/SCI with Poly, an IAT Level II certification, and an AA degree or 3–5 years of related experience. You will work 4 days on, 4 days off with 12-hour shifts to sustain continuous operations.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly is required.
• Current DODI 8570.01-M IAT Level II Certification and Security+ are required.
• AA Degree in a technical discipline or 3–5 years related experience in lieu of education requirements.
• Excellent communication skills across a multi-location enterprise.

Responsabilités

• Resolve IT hardware and software infrastructure issues for servers, network, security, etc.
• Provide first-line incident triage and resolution in a 24x7 environment.
• Create and manage support tickets in a web-based ITSM/CRM platform.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 and coordinate with enterprise resources.
