MTP Services in Canberra is seeking multiple Service Desk Technicians to join a large-scale ICT environment supporting mission-critical operations. You'll be part of a high-performing team delivering customer service and technical support to a diverse user base.

You will troubleshoot IT issues by phone and remote channels, log incidents, escalate when needed, and collaborate with vendors. The role requires Australian citizenship and NV1 clearance, with a 24/7 roster desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT Service Desk, Helpdesk or technical support environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to quickly learn new systems and follow processes.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Australian Citizenship and NV1 Security Clearance (essential).
• Willingness to work a 24/7 shift roster (desirable).
