Job summary

The role follows a 4 days on / 4 days off rotating shift and requires strong incident management, system administration, and security practices to ensure reliable mission-critical operations.

Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Experience supporting a 24x7 government mission.
• Broad knowledge of Windows and Linux-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Resolve IT hardware and software infrastructure issues (servers, network, security).
• Provide first-level support for site issues in a 24x7 environment.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve IT infrastructure problems across users, servers, storage, and network connectivity.
• Administer assigned infrastructure and maintain security.
• Create and manage support tickets in a web-based ITSM/CRM platform while communicating with end users.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 and higher teams.
