Job summary

CACI is seeking an RF Systems Operator to join our team in a high‑speed resource management role across multiple missions. The position involves 12‑hour shifts with rotating days, nights, weekends and holidays and requires active TS/SCI clearance with adjudication in the last 4 years, plus a polygraph.

You will provide technical solutions to mission management problems, produce and execute mission plans, and coordinate with on‑site and remote personnel to optimize system performance.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with adjudication in the last 4 years.
• Polygraph with adjudication in the last 4 years.
• DoD/DoW training: CTT/CTR, 1N2/1N3/1N4/1C6, 35N/35S or equivalent.
• Must pass site psychological eval, medical exam, drug screen, VISA and site approval.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with local and remote personnel.
• Ability to operate in a high-stress near-real-time environment and interact with multiple customers.

Responsibilities

• Crew/shift position with 12-hour shifts and rotating days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Provide technical solutions to complex mission management problems.
• Produce and execute Mission Plans, Schedules, Assessments and mission asset tuning.
• Interact with customers on- and off-site to support mission objectives.
