Job summary

Gilmour Space in Bowen, North Queensland, invites an experienced IT Support Officer to join our growing team. You will provide desk-side and remote IT support for staff, manage hardware/software provisioning, and help secure our systems as we scale from a local spaceport to orbital ambitions.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor in IT, at least four years in IT support, and strong TCP/IP, Active Directory, and Office 365/SharePoint experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in IT related field or equivalent.
• Minimum of four years hands-on IT support experience.
• Demonstrated awareness of data security and VPN usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level1/2 IT end-user support on-site and remotely.
• Install and configure hardware and software; manage asset inventory.
