Job summary

KBR Government Solutions seeks a Facilities Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead all aspects of site O&M, safety, and environmental compliance for a 24x7 government facility in Alice Springs, Australia. You will manage a team of specialists and coordinate with mission operations to ensure continuous availability of critical systems.

This onsite role requires an active TS/SCI with adjudicated polygraph or Host Nation PV clearance, and you will travel between local facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities maintenance teams.
• Strong background in O&M of buildings and utilities.
• Proven ability to manage 24x7 operations and on-call support.
• Familiarity with environmental health & safety practices.
• Experience working with government/contract environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct the O&M and repairs for buildings, grounds, and central plant.
• Develop maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with US Host Nation codes.
• Ensure OEM instructions are followed for equipment and systems.
• Apply predictive maintenance practices to service areas.
• Lead and develop a competent workforce through training and supervision.
• Coordinate activities to align with contract requirements and ensure smooth site operations.
• Maintain 24x7 mission support and reliability of critical infrastructure.
• Produce reports and maintain documentation for procedures and performance.
