Job summary

KBR Government Solutions seeks a Deputy Program Manager to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams in a 24x7, on-site facility environment in Alice Springs. You will coordinate program execution, budgets, and interface with government counterparts to meet mission requirements.

The role requires a strong PM background, experience with regulations and contracts, and active TS/SCI clearance. Expect travel between Alice Springs facilities as needed and 100% onsite work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years PM and IC experience managing a large multi-disciplinary workforce.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph or Host Nation clearance.
• Experience in 24x7 mission-critical environments.
• Interfacing with Controllers, Contracts teams, and Facility leadership.

Responsibilities

• Experience working in 24x7 mission-critical environments supporting facilities construction, operations, and maintenance.
• Display strong technical, programmatic, and personal leadership skills.
• Knowledgeable of the FAR guidelines.
