Job summary

Airswift is partnering with a major project owner to recruit a Package / Project Lead (Mission Critical Electrical) for a landmark data centre development in Western Australia. This senior role oversees the integration and coordination of electrical packages across design, procurement, construction and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree required.
• Experience delivering electrical packages on data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Strong understanding of power systems and multidisciplinary delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of mission-critical electrical systems across white-space and fit-out environments.
• Coordinate interfaces between electrical, mechanical, controls, fire, architectural and client equipment packages.
• Review design, constructability and installation requirements to ensure alignment across all project disciplines.
• Manage procurement activities, vendor engagement, technical documentation and package delivery requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical, commercial and delivery risks across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate inputs from consultants, contractors, client representatives and commissioning teams.
• Support planning, programme development and construction sequencing activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, package reviews and technical coordination meetings.
• Ensure successful transition from design through construction, commissioning and operational handover.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and project outcomes.
