Job summary

Glencore Australia is seeking a Warehouse Officer at Ravensworth Operations in NSW. The role reports to the Supply Coordinator and focuses on maintaining an efficient warehouse, receiving inbound deliveries, stocking and stocktaking, and ensuring safety and compliance in a busy environment.

The ideal candidate has a Cert III in Supply Chain Operations, a current forklift licence, and proven warehouse experience. SAP MM experience is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Supply Chain Operations, or relevant qualification.
• A current forklift licence.
• Proven experience working in a busy warehouse environment.
• Experience using SAP Materials Management (MM) system would be an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a cost-effective, clean, and well-organized warehouse environment.
• Uphold high standards of housekeeping, safety, compliance and security.
• Receive, inspect, and process all inbound deliveries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Pick and prepare parts for scheduled maintenance work, communicating shortages to stakeholders.
• Process returns of unused parts to stock or suppliers as required.
• Accurately issue stock and record all warehouse movements in the system.
• Conduct regular stocktakes and assist with inventory investigations and reconciliation.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure items are stored in correct locations.
• Safely operate a forklift for loading and unloading deliveries and general warehouse tasks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with values.
