Job summary

Glencore Australia is seeking a Storeperson to support the Mount Isa Mines site in the Supply & Logistics Department. This residential role operates on a 5/2, 4/3 roster and involves receiving, storing, issuing, and recording materials to meet operational needs.

You will work with internal stakeholders, transport providers and contractors to ensure a safe, organised warehouse environment and accurate inventory records. A strong safety focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Safety-focused and reliable storeperson.
• Experience in warehouse and inventory control in industrial/mining environments.
• Ability to operate computer systems and maintain electronic records.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage day-to-day warehouse and inventory activities.
• Receive, check and record inbound materials.
• Pick, issue and dispatch materials to meet operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems.
• Conduct stock counts and assist with stocktakes.
• Operate forklift and other equipment per licences.
