Job summary

Aeris Resources Limited is seeking a Travel & Accommodation Advisor at the Tritton Operations in Nyngan, NSW. The role coordinates travel, accommodation, rosters and site logistics for employees, contractors and visitors to keep our mining operation moving efficiently.

You will work closely with HR, Operations, Recruitment and external providers to deliver safe, cost-effective workforce logistics, from mobilisation to roster transitions, with a focus on organisation, accuracy and customer

Qualifications

• Experience in travel coordination, admin or accommodation management.
• Strong organisational and time management with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Current Australian Manual Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel, accommodation, rosters and site logistics for employees, contractors and visitors.
• Manage flights, site transfers, accommodation allocations and workforce movements.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Recruitment, Village Management and external providers.
• Oversee mobilisation, onboarding, roster transitions and operational continuity.
• Provide cover for Senior Site Administrator during rostered absences.
