Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in a training coordination, learning and development, or similar role.
• Knowledge of training systems, competency management and adult learning principles.
• Strong planning, organisational and scheduling skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Develop, implement and maintain effective training systems to ensure workforce competency and compliance.
• Coordinate training activities and support workplace trainers and assessors.
