Job summary

Mt Owen/Glendell Operations (MGO) in the Hunter Valley seeks a Mining Supervisor to lead a Pit Services crew on a Monday–Friday dayshift roster. You will supervise operations, drive safety and efficiency, and support cost control while delivering KPIs.

Lead by example, develop the team, manage resources, and uphold our culture of safety and integrity. This is a direct employment opportunity with relocation assistance offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mining Supervisor.
• Current NSW Open Cut Examiners Practising Certificate (desirable).
• Experience in contractor management, crushing and water management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Pit Services crew and supervise daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site standards.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve KPIs.
• Provide visible leadership and develop team capabilities.
