MCA Engineering seeks an experienced Project Supervisor to lead shutdowns, maintenance works and small projects at our Parkes site. This hands-on, site-based role supervises shutdowns across local mining operations, coordinating resources and ensuring safe, efficient delivery.

You will liaise with clients and subcontractors, supervise site crews, and support business development while travel across Australia when required. Parkes-based role with strong safety and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification with minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising shutdowns, maintenance projects or similar.
• Strong planning, scheduling and organisational skills.

About the Role

MCA Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join our Parkes operation. This is a hands-on, site based role responsible for supervising shutdowns, maintenance activities, and small-scale projects across local mining and industrial operations.

Working closely with clients, site teams, and subcontractors, you will oversee daily activities, coordinate resources, and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The role is primarily based in Parkes, with occasional travel required to support projects across Australia.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Project Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or similar role
• Trade qualification with a minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience
• Proven ability to manage construction, maintenance, or shutdown projects
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Experience in underground mining or heavy industry preferred
