DRD Group is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant specialising in Mining and Resources to join our growing team south of the river. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across labour hire and permanent placements, partnering with clients and candidates to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years recruitment experience in Mining & Resources (highly preferred).
• Experience recruiting Blue Collar roles.
• Strong sourcing and talent-pooling capabilities.
• Proven ability to build long-term client and candidate relationships.
• Excellent communication with clients and candidates.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Source and place Blue Collar candidates with Tier 1 mining clients.
• Build and maintain candidate talent pools.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Manage labour hire workforce requirements and mobilisation activities.
• Conduct candidate interviews and reference checks.
• Deliver exceptional candidate care throughout recruitment process.
• Support existing client accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate within a high-performing team.
