Job summary

WSP in Australia is seeking a Project Engineer to join their Brisbane-based Mining team. This role involves supporting the delivery of small to medium sustaining capital projects across mining infrastructure, working closely with clients and technical teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in a relevant role, a degree in engineering, and strong stakeholder management skills. Opportunities for career progression into Project Management are available, along with a balance of office and site-based work.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years’ experience in a Project Engineer or similar role.
• Experience within mining or heavy industry infrastructure projects.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of sustaining capital projects from concept through to execution.
• Coordinating technical inputs across multidisciplinary teams.
• Managing contractors and supporting site works when required.
