Job summary
WorkPac is recruiting for a Mining Production Operator to join a leading coal operation in Queensland's Bowen Basin. You will operate mobile equipment, conduct pre-start checks and work within strict site procedures to meet production targets.
We offer a 7/7 lifestyle roster with 12.5-hour shifts, DIDO or BIBO options, and a monthly bonus. This position requires Safety-first attitude and current Standard 11, Coal Board Medical, and a valid Australian Driver's Licence.
Qualifications
- Previous mining production experience operating mobile equipment.
- Must hold a Standard 11 Statement of Attainment.
- Must have a Coal Board Medical and a current Australian driver's licence.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Willingness to work a rotating 7/7 Day/Night roster.
Responsibilities
- Operate production mining equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct pre-start inspections and report equipment faults.
- Work within production targets and site procedures.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety and safe work practices.
- Contribute to a productive, team-focused mining environment.
