Job summary

Our Client, a top global investment bank renowned for advising on complex M&A and capital markets transactions, seeks an Analyst or Associate for its Nat Res coverage team in Australia. The role offers hands-on involvement across the transaction lifecycle from origination to execution and involves leading financial analysis with senior bankers.

You will build financial models, prepare pitches, analyse companies and industries, drive due diligence, and advise on client solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ M&A valuations experience in investment banking or corporate advisory.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Strong commercial judgement and analytical capability.
• Ability to deliver under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and professional integrity.
• A solid understanding of global capital markets and cross-border M&A.
