Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, multiples, comparables) to support M&A and advisory mandates.
• Prepare client-ready analyses and materials for live transactions and origination.
• Support due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, accounting, and other advisors.
• Conduct market, industry, and company research on financial institutions to inform deal origination.
• Monitor sector trends and regulatory developments to identify client opportunities.
• Collaborate with Nomura’s global teams on cross-border projects.
• Take ownership of ad-hoc analytical and administrative tasks to support deal teams.
