Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Western Australia is seeking an experienced civil or structural engineer to support the growth of its subsidiary. This role involves managing engineering projects, including study and design contracts with a capital value up to $250 million. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of Australian standards, and excellent client interaction skills. The position offers flexible working arrangements and competitive remuneration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience including study design and detailed design packages.
• Solid understanding of Australian standards and construction safety principles.
• Experience leading design teams including client and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support growth of BG&E Minerals within Western Australia.
• Manage study and design contracts for non-process infrastructure.
• Liaise with clients and project stakeholders for project delivery.
