South32 Group Operations Pty. Ltd. in Queensland seeks an experienced Finance Business Partner to guide on-site financial governance and strategic cost management for the Cannington operation.

You will partner with the mine VP of Operations and site leadership to ensure robust management reporting and budgeting processes. The role requires IFRS/commercial finance experience, CPA/CA or equivalent, and proficiency with SAP and Excel; Power BI is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in commerce or finance with CPA/CA or equivalent.
• Experience with IFRS and management reporting.
• SAP or similar ERP knowledge and advanced Excel.

• Lead on-site financial discipline and governance.
• Manage the annual budget and site forecasts.
• Provide cost management and performance reporting.
• Coordinate capital management tasks.
• Support Group Finance with on-site inputs.
• Drive cost efficiency of processes across operations.
