Job summary
South32 Group Operations Pty. Ltd. is seeking a Finance Business Partner to lead financial governance for the Cannington operation in Queensland.
You will guide on-site management with robust budgeting, cost control and strategic finance leadership, partnering with the mine VP of Operations and site leadership. Qualifications
- Significant finance/commercial experience within a large multinational.
- Experience with IFRS and budgeting/management reporting.
- Degree in Commercial/Finance; CPA/CA or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership to support cost discipline across operations.
- Oversee annual budget and site forecast with on-site approvals.
- Analyze key cost drivers and financial performance metrics for management review.
- Consolidate operational inputs for Group submissions and governance reporting.
- Promote and utilise SAP (ERP) and TM1 forecasting tools.
