Job summary

Hexagon Mining is seeking an experienced Field Technician to support client mine sites across the NSW region. You will install, configure and service Hexagon technology, delivering tangible value to mining operations.

The role requires on-site work, training customers on solutions, and troubleshooting hardware and communications equipment. A trade certificate and Australian working rights are essential, with potential FIFO/DIDO rosters.

Qualifications

Trade certificate or equivalent in Auto Electrician, Electronics, Industrial Electronics, Instrumentation or Communications
Experience in electronics, radio, automotive or mining environments
On-site installation, configuration, commissioning and repair experience
Manual car license and Australian working rights
Ability to work independently or in a team and build relationships
Aptitude across mechanical and electrical components

Responsibilities

Ensure Hexagon Mining technology at client mine sites operates effectively and delivers value
Provide training and guidance to customers on Hexagon Mining solutions
Repair, install, configure, commission, and support electronic systems and communications equipment
