Qualifications

• Background in auto electrical, electrical, telecommunications, or instrumentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and organised.
• Comfortable working independently in FIFO environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, calibrate, and commission advanced hardware systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and fault repairs.
• Act as the conduit between customers and RaptorTech’s support teams.
• Provide professional on-site training and technical support.
• Work autonomously while collaborating with remote teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to innovation.
