Qualifikationen

• Hold a tertiary qualification in Environment or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in mining/environmental roles.
• Experience implementing environmental management systems and compliance programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments, best practices and environmental systems.
• Cultural Heritage knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Ensure Ardmore mine is operated to minimise environmental impacts.
• Provide advice on environmental compliance requirements.
• Monitor compliance with government regulations, licences and approvals.
• Support leaders in investigating environmental incidents.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, local councils and the community.
• Implement environmental monitoring and erosion control measures.
• Manage clearances and submit annual returns.
• Conduct environmental reviews, field inspections and site assessments.
• Assist in stakeholder engagement planning and consultation.
• Implement site requirements set out in the Cultural Heritage Management Plan.
