Job summary

Northern Star Resources is seeking an Environmental Advisor for our Hemi Operations in the Pilbara. This permanent, full-time role operates on an 8 & 6 roster, flying in/out of Perth, reporting to the Environment Superintendent.

You will manage environmental monitoring, compliance, reporting, and contractor oversight across construction and operations. Join a major gold project and contribute to sustainability, heritage compliance, and continuous improvement while benefiting from a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Hold a tertiary qualification in Environmental Science or related discipline.
• Knowledge of WA environmental legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Current C Class Driver's Licence and National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain).
• Commitment to environmental compliance, safety and sustainable mining practices.
• Experience in mining, resources or related environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide environmental support across construction and operations on site.
• Conduct monitoring, sampling, inspections, data analysis and reporting.
• Oversee contractor compliance and environmental management systems.
• Collaborate with operational teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Support audits, incident investigations and environmental reporting.
