Glencore is seeking an experienced Contracts Coordinator (18 months-Fixed Term) to join the Rolleston Open Cut's Commercial team. You will manage the site contracting plan and oversee pre-tendering, tendering and post‑tender negotiations to secure compliant contracts.

The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder liaison and maintaining safe, ethical contracting practices in a mining environment. You will collaborate with site customers and Principal Representatives to establish robust contract

Qualificações

• Experience in procurement and contract negotiations.
• Tertiary qualifications in business/commerce, legal or engineering; CIPS desirable.
• Ability to promote safety performance and strong workplace culture.
• Strong liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage and report the site contracting plan annually.
• Coordinate pre-tendering, tendering and post-tender negotiations to award contracts.
• Provide contract support to site customers ensuring fair, ethical dealings.
• Help establish and maintain a sustainable contract management framework and monitor performance and risk.
