About Foxleigh Mine:

Foxleigh Mine is located in Queensland’s Bowen Basin coalfield, 12 km south of Middlemount and 272 km northwest of Rockhampton. The mine was established in 1999 as an open cut operation producing benchmark quality, LV PCI coal for the export market.

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Scheduler to join our Maintenance team. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, this role plays a critical part in ensuring our mobile maintenance activities are well‑coordinated, accurate, and efficient.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the Pulse Work Management System (WMS) is maintained to standard, that contractor schedules are integrated into a cohesive site‑wide plan, and that schedule compliance is tracked and reported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate short and medium term schedules for mobile equipment including site business partners within the Mobile Maintenance Team.
• Develop the schedule to maximise site labour resources and minimise machine downtime.
• Ensure Work Management Processes are implemented and consistently followed.
• Provide guidance and training to maintenance personnel on the CMMS (Pulse).
• Maintain data integrity in Pulse (SMU, PM services, defect management, backlog).
• Maintain Pulse System master data as required.
• Report weekly on key work management KPI’s.

• Experience in scheduling or maintenance planning within mining, resources, or heavy industry.
• Familiarity with maintenance systems such as Pulse, SAP, or similar.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Project, and Excel.
• Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to engage with contractors and internal stakeholders to align schedules.
• A commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
