Job summary

Looking for a driving role that keeps you close to home? Our client, Inland Petroleum, is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Mini Tanker Driver to join their team based in Dubbo.

This full-time opportunity will see you delivering fuel and petroleum products to customers throughout regional NSW. If you're a professional driver who values safety, customer service and working independently, this could be the ideal next step in your career.

Previous fuel tanker experience is highly regarded, however candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

The Role

• Full-time permanent position
• Based in Dubbo
• Transporting fuel and petroleum products throughout regional NSW
• Monday to Friday roster, generally 8-10 hour days
• Occasional weekend and after-hours work required with adequate notice
• Local and regional deliveries
• Work within a business that plays a vital role in supporting regional industries and communities

Key Requirements

• Current HR Licence (essential)
• Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
• Dangerous Goods (DG) Licence (essential)
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
• Clean driving record and proven safe driving history
• Sound understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR)
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) accreditation highly regarded but not essential
