Job summary

Inland Petroleum is hiring an experienced MC driver to join the Newcastle team. You will operate a modern fuel tanker fleet from Carrington, delivering to farms, mines, and businesses across NSW and interstate routes. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and professional service.

You will perform pre‑trip inspections, load/unload under DG protocols, and document with Fuel Companion and e‑diaries. A strong safety mindset and reliable, independent work style are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Valid MC licence with Road Ranger 18 speed gearbox experience.
• DG, SLP & BFM required.
• Willing to complete a national police check.
• Newcastle Terminal Inductions highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Driving multi‑combination fuel tankers across regional and interstate routes.
• Conducting pre‑trip inspections and defect checks.
• Safely loading/unloading fuel under Dangerous Goods protocols.
• Using Fuel Companion and electronic work diaries for accurate documentation.
• Representing Inland’s safety‑first culture and customer service excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Driving multi‑combination fuel tankers across regional and interstate routes

What We’re Looking For:
