Job summary

Torra Staffing and Recruitment in Dubbo NSW is seeking experienced Civil Construction Operators to support major infrastructure projects in the Dubbo region. We have multiple operator roles across bulk earthworks, requiring safe operation of heavy machinery and adherence to site procedures.

You may hold one or several tickets, including Articulated Dump Truck, Roller, Loader, Watercart, Excavator, or Dozer, and must have a White Card.

Qualifications

• Current RII for at least one of the following: Articulated Dump Truck, Roller, Loader, Watercart, Excavator or Dozer.

We’re seeking experienced Operators to support major infrastructure works in the
Dubbo region — whether you hold one ticket or several, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing

• Safely and efficiently operate machinery such as Articulated Dump Truck, Roller, Loader, Watercart, Excavator and Dozer
• Carry out bulk earthworks and site preparation
• Read and interpret project plans and operate to GPS where required
• Complete daily pre-starts and routine maintenance checks
• Work collaboratively with site teams to maintain productivity and meet project targets
• Adhere to all site safety procedures and standards

What we’re looking for

• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Experience in civil, quarry or mining environments
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and teamwork
