Job summary

Mineral Resources seeks an experienced Mine Surveyor for MT Marion, WA, on an 8D6X roster flying from Perth. Deliver accurate survey data, support planning, and liaise with site teams to ensure precision in end-of-month reporting, mark ups, and volume reconciliation.

Role requires tertiary survey qualification, extensive mining survey experience, and proficiency with Vulcan/Surpac and Trimble RTK GPS. Quality data and safety come first at MinRes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Surveying, Mining Eng or related discipline.
• Extensive mining survey experience, ideally open pit.
• Proven end-of-month reporting, volume reconciliation, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct open pit survey activities to ensure accuracy and standards.
• Manage end-of-month volumes: data entry, reconciliation, reporting.
• Create survey mark ups for mining, drill and blast.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly survey updates.
• Use Vulcan and other software to prepare plans/models.
• Collaborate with operations for accurate surfaces and spatial data.
• Maintain up-to-date survey records with QA/QC focus.
• Uphold a safety-first work environment.
