Job summary

Hahnlec, a Central Queensland-based electrical contractor, is seeking qualified Electricians to join our growing mining-focused team across mining infrastructure maintenance and project delivery. Roles offer 7/7 or 8/6 rosters and are based on-site in Queensland.

We value safety, clear documentation, and the ability to liaise with clients and site management. A current Australian driver's licence is essential.

Qualifications

• QLD Electrical Work Licence is required; Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to liaise with clients and site management.
• Capable of working independently and delivering high-quality results.
• Clear and concise documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations and maintenance on mining infrastructure.
• Deliver project and maintenance work within rosters.
• Coordinate with clients and site management to ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking qualified Electricians to join our growing team across both Mining Infrastructure Maintenance and Mining Project Delivery. Positions are available on either a 7/7 or 8/6 roster.

Key Requirements

• QLD Electrical Work Licence
• Standard 11 – preferred
• Coal Board Medical – preferred
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to liaise with clients and site management
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistent, high-quality results
