Qualifications

3–5+ years in a mine site-based Haulage Supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to liaise with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors.
Knowledge of WHS (Mines) Regulations 2022, Schedule 26.

Responsibilities

Provide open, effective & efficient leadership to crews of Workshop Leading Hands, Leading Hands, Road Train Operators, Watercart, Grader & Loader Operators, Safety Personnel, all Workshop Personnel & Site Administrators.
Safeguard daily operations to ensure production is achieved in a safe and proficient manner.
Develop and maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with client and sub-contractors.
Lead positively & work collaboratively to maintain fleet availability.
Promote and uphold a positive approach to safety.
Communicate effectively with your team ensuring a constructive, safe and productive work environment.
Provide comprehensive reporting to management on haulage achievements, challenges and improvements.
