Job summary

The Mobility Operator role is based at Atlas Mine in the Production team, offered as a full-time, permanent position with a shift roster. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will operate plant/equipment independently and assist in maintaining the Atlas Wet Concentrator Plant and nearby infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Competent in a key skill (e.g. forklift operation).
• Complete routine tasks/sampling.
• Routine plant equipment operation.
• Previous experience working in a team environment.
• Knowledge of working in a high hazard environment.
• Commitment to further learning and development.
• Assist other operators/maintainers with tasks.
• Complete routine housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant/equipment independently.
• Perform tasks to maintain the infrastructure corridor at Atlas.
• Road building and maintenance.
• Pipe works and related small infrastructure tasks.
• Assist in operations of Atlas Wet Concentrator Plant where required.
• Assist team members with tasks.
• Follow set procedures in the event of an emergency.
• Complete routine housekeeping.
